Prices

Prices quoted are in Pounds Sterling (£).  ICS reserve the right, without prior notice, to vary any advertised prices on the website.

Delivery

Deliveries (where applicable) are made by post or courier - at ICS discretion.  

All address information must be accurate including the postcode and recipient's telephone number.   ICS cannot accept responsibility for late or non delivery if delivery address and telephone details are insufficient or incorrect.

Booking

We will notify you by email to confirm receipt of your booking. 

You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on 'confirm' on the final page of our ordering process.  You will be guided through the ordering process by a series of simple instructions on the website.

Cancellation

We are happy to welcome a substitute colleague at no extra charge if you are unable to attend the conference for any reason but would appreciate prior notice. If you have to cancel entirely, cancellation of your booking on or before 21 working days prior to the event will incur a 25% cancellation charge to cover administrative costs. Cancellation made after this date will result in 100% cancellation charge. All cancellations must be made in writing to: conferences@icsmail.co.uk   

Refunds

Please allow two weeks to process your refund once we have received your notice.  The refund will be credited to the payment card account or by cheque if payment method is by invoice.

The Programme

ICS reserves the right to change the details of this event without notice. The programme is kept updated wherever possible and all printed items are correct at the time of going to press. However, amendments to the content and/or speakers may occasionally be necessary for reasons beyond our control. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on our website as soon as possible. Where circumstances force ICS to cancel the event, the liability of ICS shall be limited to a refund of any fees paid for that particular event. ICS disclaim any liability for advice given or views expressed by any speaker at the event or in notes or documentation provided to delegates.

Force Majeure

Every effort will be made to carry out the contract but its performance is subject to cancellation or variation as may be necessary as a result of an Act of God, War, Strike, Lockout, Labour Dispute, Fire, Flood, Drought or other cause beyond the control of the Institute of Customer Service.

Governing law and jurisdiction

This website, any content contained within it and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with English Law and any disputes relating to these conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.  These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to ICS.  Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without our permission.  You may not modify, delete, distribute or post anything on this website for any purpose.

The personal data you supply will be handled in accordance with the current UK Data Protection Act.  Your information will be held and used by ICS to complete your order and to provide you with the relevant associated information.  We will not store any credit/debit card details.

We may contact you with information about other products and services which we provide.  You will only receive carefully selected and relevant information. Where you have granted permission to us, we may also from time to time share information with third parties who may wish to contact you in relation to special offers, products and services relevant to your work.
 
Personal data submitted through the website is subject to the same safeguards as information submitted through any other means and may be used in the same manner.

We use your IP address/domain name to collect anonymous aggregated statistics regarding numbers of visitors, countries of origin, pages visited and other similar site statistics.  We use them to ensure that we are providing a good service to our users and to keep track of any technical difficulties.
