The UK Customer Satisfaction Awards
The UK Customer Satisfaction Awards recognise organisations and individuals that have implemented successful customer service strategies.
The awards are closed to entrants. A panel of Institute members and industry experts will judge the finalists. Winners will be presented with their awards at a banquet at the London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square, on 6 March 2012, after the Institute's Annual Conference.
The People's choice awards are based on the results of our UK Customer Satisfaction Index results, and are not open for nominations.
Awards banquet tickets have sold out, although you can add your name to a waiting list by emailing chris.morley@icsmail.co.uk. They cost £190 per person for Institute member organisations, £220 per person non—member organisations (buy eight get two free).
